Dr. Justin Fang was raised in the South Bay Area but spent his undergraduate years at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He then continued his education, earning his DMD degree, from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
After dental school, he completed an advanced education in general dentistry residency at Roseman University in Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Fang then decided to pursue his Certificate in Endodontics along with a Masters of Science degree in Dentistry at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry.
Outside of work, Dr. Fang enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, and cooking for his family. He and his wife Wendy currently reside in East Bay and enjoy trying new restaurants whenever they get a chance.
Meet our Periodontist
Dr. Edwin Tsang was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and has now made Livermore his home. He specializes in the treatment of periodontics and dental implants. Dr. Tsang is devoted to delivering compassionate and caring periodontal treatment while ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care.
After completing his undergraduate degree at Boston University, Dr. Tsang earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He then completed residency training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry, earning both his Master's of Science degree in Dentistry and Certificate of Periodontology at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry. He believes in taking a comprehensive approach to dentistry and working closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs and goals.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Tsang enjoys spending time with his wife, working on his car, and modifying mechanical keyboards.

Dr. Gregory L. Stafford
Dr. Gregory L. Stafford was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas and graduated from North Little Rock High School. He then attended the University of Central Arkansas where he received his undergraduate education before attending the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry. Dr. Stafford graduated near the top of his class with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Stafford worked as an associate dentist for three years. In October 2008, he became owner operator of Downtown Dental Care.
Meet
Dr. Caleb Crow
Dr. Caleb Crow is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each patient's unique needs. A Conway native, Dr. Crow graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2021 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2025.
Dr. Crow takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. His clinical interests include preventive dentistry, restorative procedures, and guiding patients toward healthy, lasting smiles through a gentle and detail-oriented approach.
Outside of the office, Dr. Crow enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their dog, camping, going to the gym, and game nights. He's also an avid traveler and big fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Dr. Crow looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and serving the community with integrity and care.
